About the Event
Prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for birth. We’ll cover coping techniques, labor positions, breathing, and more. We also discuss interventions and cesarean births because preparation for the unexpected doesn't increase risk - it increases the likelihood that you will have a wonderful birth experience.
